And what's with the teenie bikini?Those questions were answered this morning as the actress phoned in to Ryan Seacrest to discuss her headline-making backyard hijinks with hubby Josh Kelley. Turns out, Heigl says she's the one responsible for the LAPD visit to her abode. Take it away, Katherine: MORE: What?! Another incident with Katherine in her skivvies! "The other night, my husband and I, we were chillin' in the hot tub, it was just the two of us. We had just put the baby down, it was like 8:30, 9 at night," she explains. "He's been gone, he was on tour, he was only home for three days. I wore my most ridiculous bikini, it was awesome. "He [the neighbor] starts screaming at us to go inside. I'm like, 'I've had it, I've had enough if this. It's ridiculous, it's harassment and I'm calling the police.' We called my security and they called the police and they went and talked to him and then came over and talked to us. At that point we were a couple cocktails in. That's the other thing that's so ridiculous, we were totally hanging out, like just making out in the hot tub. It was totally PG, we're not idiots. We're not gonna be out there doing anything scandalous." That should fix that image problem. And answering the door in a bikini? "So there was no noise except us talking quietly to one another, and it sounds lame, it was us listening to Josh's album. We could barely hear it; now I'm sounding defensive. The most hilarious is there's video footage of us in our bathing suits. "We're the most boring couple in Hollywood and that's the most scandalous thing we've ever done."
